JSO embarked on a search for a new Music Director & Principal Conductor during its 2022-2023 season due to the retirement of Dr. William Morse. We were thrilled to invite three excellent candidate conductors for the position who led JSO concerts last season.
As we enter our 2023-2024 season, we invite you to browse this page for updates from JSO including conductor announcements, Season 71 guest artists, and our full event calendar!
More info coming soon...!

Conductors Maurice Cohn, Arturo González, and Cynthia Katsarelis joined our 2022-23 season as guest and candidate conductors. Their involvement with Jefferson Symphony helped us celebrate a milestone 70th Season Anniversary and we are forever grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with these esteemed conductors.
