1st Prize - Winner performs complete concerto with Jefferson Symphony on April 4, 2027
$5000 award.
2nd Prize - Runner up performs with Jefferson Symphony if winner is unable to perform, and receives 1st place award. $3000 award
3rd Prize - Third place receives $2000 award.

Deadline: 11:55 p.m. September 30, 2026 for video recording
Important dates:
Applications accepted: April 15-September 30, 2026
October 2026: Recorded round (round 1) judged to choose 12 finalists and alternates
November 2026: Finalists notified
December 7, 2026: deadline for finalists to confirm if they will travel to Colorado for the Live round finals on January 16, 2027.
LIVE ROUND FINAL COMPETITION: Saturday, January 16, 2027 in Denver, Colorado
9am-4pm Competition
7 pm 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finalists perform a movement from their winning concerto at public recital
