240 Union has been serving the West Metro area fine contemporary American cuisine since1989. Chefs Nicolle Verville and Anand Chaturvedula change the menu with the seasons and provide unique daily specials. Foothills Art Center
Now in their 43rd year, Foothills Art Center is housed in two historically-registered buildings in downtown Golden. The Center offers 12 critically-accliamed and varied art exhibitions annually, fulfilling interests for traditional artwork, as well as contemporary mediums. Original works of Colorado artists are showcased in the gift shop. With a mission of engaging the mind and inspiring the spirit, Foothills offers a unique blend of art, history, and architecture.

The Jefferson Symphony Orchestra
The Jefferson Symphony Orchestra delivers professional performances in a community orchestra environment. Under the direction of Dr. William Morse, Music Director and Principal Conductor, this 95-member orchestra produces five season concerts at the Green Center, Colorado School of Mines, several special concerts, and summer family concerts in local parks. JSO’s dedication, experience, and passion result in a quality of music not often found in volunteer organizations.
